Cineplanet Antibes – MAG Cinema's dominance on the French Riviera
Cineplanet Antibes is a brand-new, state-of-the-art cinema located in the heart of the eco-district Marenda-Lacan in Antibes, on the French Riviera. Opened in 2024, it has quickly become a central hub of cultural life for the community, offering not only the latest in cinematic experiences but also hosting cultural events such as festivals, opera and ballet performances, and concerts.
The eight-screen cinema spread over 4,000 square meters across three floors, offers seating for approximately one thousand guests and boasts cutting-edge technology to deliver an exceptional cinematic experience. This includes Barco 4K laser projectors, Dolby Vision and Atmos systems, and Ultra Premium electric recliner chairs, among other features. One of the unique highlights is the inclusion of intimate two-seater sofas, designed to make the cinema experience even more enjoyable for couples.
The audio setup from MAG Cinema enhances this high-tech environment, delivering an unforgettable sound experience that amplifies the immersive cinematic atmosphere in each hall. This installation was carried out by our esteemed partner – CinemaNext France.
