TSAP-67-32 is a 32 channel AES67 to Analog converter - Electronics
The TSAP-67-32 is a 1U rackmount AES67-to-analog audio converter, designed for use in professional commercial cinema environments. Developed under the MAG Cinema brand, it provides a reliable interface between cinema servers transmitting AES67 digital audio and power amplifiers requiring analog inputs.
Equipped with one AES67 input and one AES67 output via RJ45, the TSAP-67-32 supports a 48 kHz sample rate and selectable bit depths (16, 24, or 32-bit). It delivers 32 balanced analog outputs via Phoenix-type connectors.
System configuration is handled through a dedicated control software, offering flexible input-to-output routing via a matrix interface. Beyond managing TSAP devices, the software also enables monitoring and routing control across the entire AES67 network, including compatible third-party units, providing full oversight of signal distribution within the cinema audio chain.
The TSAP-67-32 is a pure DAC (digital-to-analog converter) with no internal DSP; it outputs the received signal as is, ensuring transparent, real-time audio delivery with minimal latency. The device features passive cooling and is powered via an external power supply (PSU) through a standard C14 power inlet.
